As of February 28, 2022, the city of Chicago has lifted its indoor mask mandate and its proof of vaccination requirement. As a result, masks are not required in indoor settings, including the McCormick Place Convention Center. Wearing a mask at NSTA Chicago22 is a personal choice, and we ask that everyone respect others’ choices. Given that this is a national event and the large number of individuals coming from around the country, we recommend participants wear masks while indoors in crowded areas. If there are any changes to the requirements and guidelines, we will communicate them as they become available.
