Research and Teaching: Technophobia and Teaching Technology Rich Freshman Science Courses

Qualitative research methods were used to document the experiences of six technophobic students as they progressed through a technology-rich anatomy and physiology course. Data collected were analyzed and condensed into common themes. Simple recommendations were made to help instructors better accommodate students who have difficulties, and even fears, of technology.
