Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. Submit your reservation request as soon as possible to guarantee your hotel choice. All reservations must be received by Monday, October 20, 2025, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.
Attendees and exhibitors may receive unsolicited offers from unauthorized third-party housing companies not affiliated with NSTA. NSTA strongly advises against booking with these companies. If contacted, please forward the information to nstahousing@imnsolutions.com.
Only NSTA Housing guarantees the best rates and secure transactions for hotel bookings in Philadelphia. Unauthorized companies often include hidden fees, charge your card in full at booking, and may fail to honor your reservation. Reservations made through agencies outside NSTA’s official housing website are at your own risk. Booking through NSTA Housing ensures your payment is secure and that you receive all conference benefits at official hotels.

Additional Information
Deposit
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a valid credit card guarantee for deposit of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED during this initial stage and will be held as a guarantee only.
Acknowledgements
IMN Solutions will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email if booked online or by telephone. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, please contact IMN Solutions. You will not receive written confirmation from the hotel. Confirmations from the hotel will be emailed approximately two weeks prior to the convention dates.
Cancelations & Changes
Reservations cancelled after Monday, September 29, 2025, will be subject to a $50 processing fee per room reserved. Rooms cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival date will be charged a $50 processing fee and a hotel penalty of one night’s room and tax.
Through Monday, September 29, 2025 cancellations can be made online or by contacting IMN Solutions via email (nstahousing@imnsolutions.com). If notice of cancellation is received by IMN Solutions before September 29, 2025, there will be no charge to the credit card for cancellation.
