Science Scope—April 2001

This article describes a successful partnership between a special education teacher and a mainstream teacher. As a result, every student became more aware of their own abilities, of the diversity of the people around them, and of the science curriculum as they helped one another along the way. In addition, when people team together, students benefit from the extra set of eyes and hands, and more students can be involved in the experience. Find someone to team teach with today. Everyone benefits—especially you.
