A Look at the Program Standards

The team that developed the National Science Education Standards outlined a comprehensive set of standards that covers virtually all elements of science education and outlines the shared responsibility of all involved. . . A major premise of the Standards, and one accepted by most science education leaders today, is that if a major improvement in science, technology, and math education is to be achieved, two factors are necessary.
