Editor's Corner: Modeling Clay, Whiteboards, and Poster Sessions

The Science Teacher—March 2004

As classroom teachers, we develop great expertise with sticky notes, whiteout, and highlighters. They are the staples of our daily survival along with the trusty stapler and scotch tape dispenser (usually empty) found on our desks. This month’s column highlights other essential items such as modeling clay and whiteboards that can be useful to science teachers for both teaching and assessment purposes. In addition, a summary of the feature articles in this edition of TST is provided.
